We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries – we are here to help!

Customized Item Return Policy

In Customized Item We only fix the issues. We didn’t Return and refund items. If you feel any issue in our product we only fix that. If sizes are same and you customize color also that product is customizable.
Limitations
Assembled products cannot be exchanged unless it is a manufacturing defect. Channar Furniture LLC. reserves the right to determine this. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.

Within 24 hours of receiving the products purchased, all items must be opened and checked by the customer (maintaining the original packing). If this does not happen Channar Furniture LLC. cannot be liable for any damage or fault, and order isn’t eligible for return.

Mode of Return:

Refunds will be done in the bank transfer within 7 working days after the day of cancellation. So, if you used your credit card, we will credit the amount to your account. Do bear in mind that this is a longer process.

Mode of Cancellation:

Cancellation is only acceptable within 24 hours after placing of any order (online or by sales agent). Afterward there will be a deduction of bank charges (depends on amount). And there is no cash back on the customized orders.

Special Orders:

Made to order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Delivery and Pickup Charges:

We will deduct the original delivery charge if there is no valid reason for return. If the Shipping was free with the Product there will be a charge of Minimum 150 AED as a pickup charge.

Notify within 24 hours:

We must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your product delivery. After 24 hours, we will not be able to accept your return and customizable item not returnable.

Refund process

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen or discussed with you by our sales experts, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The order can be canceled only within 24 hours once the order has been placed or confirmed. The 95% purchased amount will be back on your bank account within seven working days. 5% amount will be deducted for bank charges when you cancel order. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. And there’s no cash back on the customized products or orders.

Note: Channar Furniture LLC reserve the right to change its policies at any time as needed, so we request our visitors/customers to keep checking our return policies from time-to-time.

After delivery and installation of Mattress if customer removes cover then mattress will not be replaced or refunded
